Sigma Information Services Ltd – Refund and Cancellation Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with the Services you receive from Sigma Information Services Ltd. If however you decide to change your mind or cancel your subscription please read the following policy. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

 1.     Cancellation

Cancellations if you are a Consumer:

1.1   You must notify us immediately if you wish to change your mind and cancel your order preferably by email at and quote your user id. If you are a consumer (as defined by section 25(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 (as may be amended or replaced))  entitled to protection under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (the “Regulations”) you have 14 calendar days from the day you ordered and paid for the Services (“cooling off period”) to cancel your order unless you have requested us to commence the Services before the expiry of the cooling off period in which case the cooling off period expires when we begin providing the Services to you. Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel your order within the cooling off period we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card, as appropriate, with the full amount within 14 days.

1.2   You may cancel your subscription at any time after the cooling off period has expired by giving us 30 days’ notice in writing via email to

1.3   A full statement of your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations may be obtained in the UK from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

Cancellations by all other Customers

1.4   For all other customers you may cancel the Service by giving us 30 days’ notice in writing. No refunds are payable for unused periods of Services.

We may cancel or suspend the Services to you at any time where we reasonably consider or suspect that you have acted in breach of the Terms and Conditions.


No refunds are offered for any unused periods of the Service.
